These terms govern your membership and use of Ascent Hub. By applying for membership or using our services, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership & eligibility
Membership is free and reviewed by our team. You must be a professional aged 18 or over, provide accurate information, and keep a single personal account. We may accept or decline applications at our discretion to protect the community.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. You may close your account at any time.
3. Community conduct
Ascent Hub is built on trust and respect. You agree not to harass, spam, mislead, or misuse other members' contact details, and to keep interactions professional. We may suspend or remove members who breach these standards.
4. Events
Some events have limited capacity; RSVPs are honoured on a first-come basis. Certain events may be paid in the future — pricing and any refund terms will be shown at the point of booking. We may change or cancel events when necessary.
5. Content & intellectual property
The Ascent Hub name, brand and site content belong to us. You keep ownership of the information you submit, and grant us permission to use it to operate the community (for example, showing your profile in the members' directory).
6. Disclaimers & liability
Ascent Hub facilitates introductions and events but does not guarantee specific outcomes, opportunities or the conduct of members. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes & termination
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated. We may suspend or end membership for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia.
